Hi, I'm James, Managing Director of MirrorPeak Executive Coaching.
Following a 25-year career in corporate leadership, I transitioned into executive coaching, bringing a deep understanding of what it takes to lead, adapt, and succeed at the highest levels.
I'm an ILM-qualified coach, an accredited member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and an Associate Executive Coach at New Level Results.

Our coaching programmes follow a structured two-stage approach designed to build deep self-awareness, align goals with values, and drive sustained performance.
Stage One: Mindset, Perspective & Strategic Goal Setting
We start by helping coachees gain deeper insight into their mindset, motivation and perspective - exploring attitudes, beliefs and internal blockers. We then examine how the coachees current behaviours and leadership style aligns with their desired outcomes. Once this clarity is established, we co-create a strategic, values-led plan centred on measurable annual goals that align with both personal aspirations and organisational priorities - ensuring the coaching journey is grounded, purposeful, and results-driven.
Stage Two: Reflection, Focus & Accountability
To sustain momentum and embed lasting change, our 6 and12 session programmes provide structured support throughout the coaching journey. Our expert coaches work closely with each coachee, using their personalised digital annual plan to regularly review progress, reflect on insights, and stay aligned with their strategic goals. Each session builds on the last, capturing learning, reinforcing values, and maintaining accountability to ensure meaningful outcomes.
